Short breaks (off season and last minute only)

2 night break at 65% of weekly rate
3 night break at 70% of weekly rate

Deposits - a deposit of 30% is payable on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the start date.

Good Housekeeping Deposit - a Good Housekeeping deposit (£250) is also payable along with the balance fee, 8 weeks before the holiday. It is refunded within 14 days. Deductions will be made for lost keys, breakages or any excessive cleaning required.
